East Jakarta Mayor Muhammad Anwar took his time to ride a bicycle today while monitoring the process of dredging at Pondok Ranggon Reservoir, Cipayung, on Wednesday (10/28).
Its monitoring was also participated by his partner Hendra Hidayat, Bina Marga Sub-agency Head Muhammad Soleh, General Affairs and Protocol Head Panangaran Ritonga, Cipayung Sub-district Head Fajar Eko Satriyo and other related units.
Dredging Work in Ciliwung River Has Reached 80 Percent"The dredging work here aims to anticipate floods in East Jakarta that is by involving eight heavy equipments," expressed East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar.
The current dredging was focused on reservoirs 1B and 1 C considering 1A was already finished with a depth of four meters.
"It is targeted to be complete by the end of this year," he stated.
